Initial programme and plan specifically designed and based on the current goal of the client, adjustments to the plan will be made weekly based on the client’s progress

24/7 WhatsApp message availability regarding bodybuilding/training/supplementation/PED questions or concerns

Video message reply to the weekly check in will be sent to the client, this will address any issues that have been brought up in the plan and will outline necessary changes

Mid-week 20 minute check in video call to give guidance on the current programme if needed

CONSULTATION CALL

- This service is for 45 minute time slots via Skype call, Please have a list of questions on hand when using this service that we can work through to answer any queries you may have about your current progression, training, supplementation, diet or your specific interests within bodybuilding.

If this consultation call leads to you signing up with me, we will deduct the call rate from your first month coaching

PEAKING COACHING

2 x Daily check ins as this service will require constant monitoring of your current level of condition, fullness and other factors affecting the look of your physique. Adjustments will need to be made most days based on feedback
2 one-to-one Posing sessions to help display your physique in the best possible manner for the class that you are entering into
24/7 WhatsApp message availability regarding bodybuilding/training/supplementation/PED questions or concerns
Tanning and Skincare will be overseen and advice will be given to have you looking your best on show day regarding your federation/competitions rulings and preferences
On the day of competition I will try to attend the show if at all possible to help with the final tweaks on show day as well as guidance with tan/posing etc.
