SARA BRADLEY

My name is Sara Bradley and I’ve been involved in the bodybuilding industry for the last 3-4 years, mainly as a competitor but more recently as a coach too. I absolutely love everything and anything bodybuilding or fitness related and I love seeing people achieve their goals! I’ve competed 4 times , twice in the PCA as a trained figure competitor and then more recently for 2 bro’s, becoming British champion and gaining my IFBB pro card in the women's physique division. It’s these experiences that have helped me develop my knowledge in multiple areas of fitness, and I now believe I can apply these skills to other people!

BEN HAMES

My name is Ben Hames and I’ve been a health and fitness enthusiast for nearly 4 years, my specialisations are for beginners looking to get into the fitness lifestyle and build some muscle, lose fat and improve the quality of their physique, nutrition and general sense of wellbeing. I have an advanced knowledge of training biomechanics and with this knowledge can provide focused intense and properly guided personal training sessions as well as specifically tailored training plans for your goals, I look forward to helping you get started on your fitness journey!

Sania Kelly

My name is Sania Kelly and I started my own bodybuilding journey in 2018. I had my first competitive season last year, which was quite successful with winning 2x first places, 1x Figure Overall Champion and also became a PCA British Champion. As most of you know posing is a big part of the stage life too, it is something I am very passionate about. I am the owner of Sania Fitness Posing and I help mainly women but also men with their posing. I will help you ensure that your hard work in the gym isnt hidden! Showcase your physique properly/correctly and you will reap the reward.

  • Initial programme and plan specifically designed and based on the current goal of the client, adjustments to the plan will be made weekly based on the client’s progress
  • 24/7 WhatsApp message availability regarding bodybuilding/training/supplementation/PED questions or concerns
  • Text message reply to the weekly check in will be sent to the client, this will address any issues that have been brought up in the plan and will outline necessary changes

Initial programme and plan specifically designed and based on the current goal of the client, adjustments to the plan will be made within a 24hr time period after the plan is sent if necessary
